We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Eastbourne.
As a Production Engineer, you’ll be involved in:
Supporting NPI and improving manufacturing processes
Carrying out root cause analysis, 8D and RMA activities
Troubleshooting production and manufacturing issues
Creating and reviewing drawings, routes and BOMs
Developing operating instructions and equipment specifications
Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
Working closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and safetyWe’re looking for a Production Engineer with proven engineering experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and experience using CAD software. A HNC or Degree in Engineering would be ideal.
This is a great opportunity for a Production Engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and getting involved across the manufacturing process.
