Psychology Graduates Wanted If you're a Psychology graduate who's curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands-on experience supporting young people, this one's for you. We're on the lookout for kind, thoughtful graduates who are ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Boston. You don't need bags of experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement. We have roles starting right away or can look for roles for September 2026. What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day * Helping out with interventions and small group work * Maintaining calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust * Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment What We're Looking For: * A Psychology degree (or relevant field) * A calm, flexible approach.
