Production Operative Location: Aylesbury Pay: £13.45 per hour ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Contract: Ongoing Temporary Job Overview We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing temporary assignment with our client in Aylesbury. The Role Working on production lines within a busy manufacturing environment. Operating machinery and production equipment where required. Assembling, checking, and preparing products for dispatch. Following production processes and procedures. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Meeting daily production and performance targets. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Requirements Previous production experience is essential. Experience working on production lines or within a manufacturing environment. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed. Good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and production processes. Able to work well as part of a team. Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.
