We’re recruiting reliable Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution centre in Crawley. This is a hands-on role supporting receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for candidates with warehouse experience, but full training is provided for the right person. Key Duties Unload incoming deliveries and check goods against paperwork/systems Pick, pack, label, and wrap customer orders accurately Load outbound vans and secure loads for transport Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and basic inventory updates Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners; FLT training provided if needed) Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and manual handling Work flexibly across inbound, outbound, and general warehouse tasks as required About You Previous warehouse, logistics, or production experience is an advantage (not essential) Able to lift and move items up to 25–30kg as part of manual handling Comfortable working on your feet for full shifts and meeting pick/pack targets Good attention to detail and basic numeracy/literacy Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willing to work shifts and occasional overtime when needed What’s on Offer Competitive hourly pay (£12.80–£14 p/h, shift-dependent) Weekly pay Immediate starts available Overtime opportunities On-site parking and good transport links (Crawley town centre / Gatwick area) Full induction and health & safety training
