Assist with applications for housing and related services. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client cases. Liaise with other teams and organisations to address housing needs. Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Conduct assessments to determine housing eligibility and priorities. Provide guidance on tenancy agreements and housing rights.Profile A successful Housing Advisor should have: Experience in providing housing advice or working in a similar role.
