Customer Service Team Members Sutton £12.71 p/hour Weekly paid every Thursday Mon-Fri Paid holiday Pension enrolment after 12 weeks Our client is looking for between 3-5 individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes. The Individuals: Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Sutton Must have previous customer service experience Confident communicators both verbal and written Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets Strong work ethic and a team playerThe Role: Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations Updating internal systems Escalating complaints to relevant departments Ongoing temporary position until 31st December 2026 currentlyPlease note, this is not a short term temporary assignment, so please check out our website for shorter term bookings.
