Primary Teaching Assistant Mainstream Primary School - Lichfield  Start Date: ASAP Start  ⏰ Full-Time | Term-Time Only - Monday - Friday - 8.30am -3.30pm Are you confident supporting children within a primary school setting who need additional support with their learning? We are supporting a welcoming mainstream primary school, that are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis  during term time with immediate start. In this role you will need to build rapport with students in the school who need additional support, both within the classroom, and also supporting some of them 1:1 in some quiet time outside the classroom, if they need time out to work in a more focused area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is calm under pressure, resilient, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children who may require additional behavioural and emotional support throughout the school day.
