An established passive fire protection contractor is looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter to work across projects throughout the Midlands. The company specialises in fire door installation, remediation and maintenance, alongside firestopping and compartmentation works across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and social housing projects. Key Responsibilities * Install, repair and maintain fire-rated doors. * Complete fire door remedial and replacement works. * Install and adjust ironmongery including hinges, closers, locks and handles. * Ensure all works are completed to the required quality and compliance standards. * Complete site documentation and photographic records where required. * Liaise with Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure works are delivered efficiently. Requirements * Proven experience as a Fire Door Carpenter/Installer. * Longevity with current/recent employer. * Strong knowledge of fire door installation and remedial works. * NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent. * CSCS card. * Experience working across social housing, residential or commercial projects advantageous. Package * £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary. * Company vehicle. * Fuel card. * Annual leave entitlement. * Pension contributions.
