Warehouse Packing Operative Location: OL4 Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–16:30pm. Friday 8:00am–13:30pm We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Contract Packing Operatives. This is a hands-on warehouse role involving the packing, labelling, sorting and preparation of a variety of different products. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or packing experience and be comfortable working in a busy environment where attention to detail and a good work ethic are essential. Key Responsibilities * Packing a variety of different products * Labelling products accurately * Shrink wrapping and preparing products for dispatch * Sorting products according to specific requirements * Checking products for quality and accuracy * Keeping the packing and work areas clean and organised * Following health, safety and company procedures * Working efficiently as part of a team Skills & Experience Required * Previous warehouse, packing or production experience * Experience with labelling and shrink wrapping * Good sorting and organisational skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and work to set processes * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Comfortable working with a variety of different products * Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Important Information The role involves sorting and packing a wide range of different products, including animal-feed products. Some of the work may involve handling and sorting animal by-products, including animal feet, as part of the packing and sorting process. Applicants must be comfortable working with these types of products and handling them as part of their normal duties.
