TEAM TEACH TRAINED SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT – MANCHESTER 🚨 Engage Education are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is confident supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism and challenging behaviour. 👩‍🏫 The Role You will be responsible for: • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs • Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour • Helping pupils regulate their emotions and engage with learning • Following individual education, behaviour and care plans • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff • Creating a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment • Using your Team Teach training appropriately when required ⭐ Essential Requirements Team Teach training is ESSENTIAL.
