CNC Operator £14.50 per hour | Permanent | Immediate Start Coventry We're recruiting an experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturer supplying components to a military aerospace contract. This is a permanent, day-shift role with an immediate start. The role: * Operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances * Working from technical drawings, ensuring first-time-right quality * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and accuracy throughout Hours: * 39 hours per week, days * Flexible start between 6:00am and 7:30am * 5-hour Fridays, Lunchtime finish What we're looking for: * 4–5 years' CNC milling experience * Strong eye for detail and a meticulous approach to tight-tolerance work * Reliable, quality-focused, and able to start quickly What's on offer: * £14.50 per hour * Permanent position with a stable, long-term contract * Day shift only — no lates or nights Apply now for immediate consideration.
