Contracts Administrator – Tower Hamlets Full-time, permanent | Salary dependent on experience | Office-based Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at our head office in Tower Hamlets. Supporting a busy portfolio of M&E contracts across London, this role would suit someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of work and supporting demanding client accounts while maintaining accuracy and service levels. What you'll get * Competitive salary dependent on experience * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Friendly and supportive working environment * Company training and upskilling * Opportunities for growth and development What you'll be doing * Allocate jobs to engineers using our bespoke software * Manage a high volume of reactive and planned work requests * Process orders and maintain accurate job records * Keep contract documentation and paperwork up to date in line with company SLAs * Support the smooth delivery of busy client contracts * Liaise with engineers, managers and internal teams * Provide updates and respond to client queries professionally * Provide general administrative support to management * Assist with day-to-day office administration What we're looking for * Previous administrative experience is essential * Experience working with high-demand clients and busy contract portfolios * Ability to manage a large workload and competing priorities * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Good written and verbal English * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel * Confident and professional communication skills * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service standards All applications are subject to successful pre-employment checks.
