ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER – VIRTUAL & ON-SITE EVENTS Buckinghamshire | Permanent, Full-Time | Hybrid My client is a specialist healthcare media and publishing business looking for an Associate Project Manager to join their client delivery team. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ experience in events, project coordination, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role You’ll help deliver a range of industry-supported medical education programmes and events, including virtual events, webinars, on-demand learning, filmed interviews, round tables, symposia and on-site events. You’ll coordinate projects from inception through to publication, managing timelines, stakeholders, content creation and client deliverables to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, within scope and budget. You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare professionals and internal teams, so strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential. About you * Around 2 years’ experience in events or project coordination * Experience in healthcare, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment * Strong organisation and project management skills * Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Degree or equivalent A science-based degree or experience with medical/scientific content would be advantageous but is not essential.
