Position: Supervisor - Planned Works Location: West London Contract: Temp to perm Salary: £49500 + company van, fuel card and excellent benefits We are currently looking for a Planned Works Supervisor to join our client, a housing association based in West London. Role Overview: To manage and coordinate major works across the housing stock, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time and to specification Duties include: * Conduct inspections to ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. * Allocate jobs to in-house teams or external contractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. * Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness and risk assessments. * Liaise with tenants, housing officers, lettings teams, and contractors to coordinate smooth handovers and effective communication. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality. You Will Need: * Experience in supervising or managing planned/major works projects or repairs work in a social housing or property maintenance environment. * Valid UK driving licence. * Good knowledge of building maintenance and relevant trades. * Understanding of health and safety, building regulations, and compliance standards. * Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
