Position: Workshop Labourer Salary: £13.85 per hour Shift: Day Shift, 40 Hours per week (weekends on rotation) Overtime: Available & Optional Location: Thurso   We are currently looking for a Workshop Labourer to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team, supporting the workshop in maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring the garage operates efficiently.   Workshop Labourer Required Qualifications: Previous experience working within a workshop or engineering environment would be preferred but is not essential Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures Full UK Driving Licence would be preferred Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities  Workshop Labourer Main Duties: Actively promote and adhere to Health & Safety policies Assist Technicians and Engineers with general workshop duties Keep the workshop, stores and surrounding areas clean and tidy Moving tools, equipment and parts around the workshop Assist with the preparation of buses and vehicles for maintenance Cleaning and maintaining workshop equipment Loading and unloading deliveries Carry out small maintenance and DIY repairs Maintain and decorate buildings, including offices and workspaces Dispose of waste and used materials in accordance with company procedures Carry out general housekeeping duties across the PSV garage Any additional tasks specified by the Management team  To apply for this exciting Workshop Labourer role please reply to this advert with an up-to-date copy of your CV or call Beth Hills at Kemp Recruitment on (phone number removed) for further information
