Key Responsibilities * Program, Set, and Operate: Take full ownership of turning processes from interpreting engineering drawings to final component delivery. * Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufactured aerospace parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances. * Continuous Improvement: Optimize machining strategies and cycle times. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC turning centres. * Experience working on Mazak machines is highly advantageous. * A strong background in machining high-integrity components for the aerospace sector (or similar regulated industries). * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow.
