Administrator | Theatres | Elland | Private hospital | Part-time 15 hours | Competitive Salary and Great benefits Spire Elland Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part-time Basis 15 hours over 2 days Wednesday & Friday Contract Type: Perm- Part-time Duties and Responsibilities: * Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. * Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies. * Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. * Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. * Greeting and assisting visitors to the department. * Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues. * Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed. * Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
