Permanent Opportunity – Cleaning Supervisor – Leeds – £30,000 Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a site, lead an established team and enjoy a consistent 4-on-4-off working pattern? We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site just outside Leeds. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader who wants to step into a role with real responsibility, a stable working pattern and no travelling between multiple contracts. You'll be responsible for leading a small, established team of four cleaners, maintaining high standards and working closely with the client to ensure the site consistently meets expectations. What's in it for you? £30,000 per year £14.95 per hour equivalent 4 days on / 4 days off 6:00am–6:00pm shifts Permanent position Single-site role – no travelling between contracts Lead and support an established team of 4 cleaners Consistent working pattern and plenty of time off Supportive management team Stable, long-term opportunity with an established contract Opportunity to take real ownership of the site's cleaning operation Your Role As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the cleaning operation, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver consistently high standards. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the daily cleaning operation across the site Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners Ensuring all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard Carrying out regular quality checks, inspections and audits Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover Training new starters and supporting team development Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing any issues quickly Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed Building a positive relationship with the client and responding to operational requirements Taking ownership of the overall presentation and cleaning standards across the site Working Hours 4 days on / 4 days off 6:00am – 6:00pm The consistent shift pattern makes this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for predictability, stability and a better work-life balance. About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident leading a small team.
