️ Handyman / Multi-Trader – Commercial Refurbishments Location: Soho, London Rate: £200 per day Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (2 x 30-minute breaks) Duration: Ongoing / Long-term work We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman / Multi-Trader to join a busy commercial refurbishment project in Soho. The client has multiple live projects and is looking for someone reliable who they can utilise on a long-term basis. Initial duties will include: Boxing in pipework Building a riser around a fuse board General handyman / multi-trade duties Following on from this, installing a reused kitchen Other general refurbishment works as required Requirements: Previous experience working on commercial refurbishment projects Must be confident carrying out general multi-trade/handyman works Own hand tools Reliable and hardworking Good attention to detail Able to work independently What’s on offer: £200 per day 07:00 – 16:00, with 2 x 30-minute breaks All materials provided Ongoing work with the potential for long-term employment Multiple projects available with the same client Start: ASAP If you think you are the right candidate for this position, please apply below, alternatively call Tom on (phone number removed) INDLON We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
