Early Years Level 3 Practitioner – Montessori Setting Reference Number: EMG-EYP-001 Area: Hertfordshire (WD3) Pay: £12.21–£14.00 per hour Must have access to a car Join a welcoming Montessori setting in Hertfordshire as an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Plan and support engaging activities that encourage learning and development. Support children's personal, social and emotional development. Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS. Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues. Encourage learning through play, exploration and everyday experiences. Work as part of a friendly and supportive early years team. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent. Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting. Good understanding of the EYFS and child development. A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing. Must have a car and be able to drive.
