Multi Trader – New Build Housing Location: Kent, Surrey, South London Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits Are you an experienced Multi Trader with a background in new build housing We're working with a leading residential developer looking to strengthen their team with a skilled and reliable tradesperson to support housing developments and assist with pre and post-completion works. The Role As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of finishing and remedial works across new build housing developments, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Completing customer care and snagging works on occupied and unoccupied properties. Carrying out basic carpentry, painting, mastic, patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs. Attending defects and warranty-related issues. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Liaising professionally with homeowners, site teams and subcontractors. Maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader within the new build housing sector. Competent across a range of trades including carpentry, painting, decorating and general finishing works. Good understanding of NHBC standards and new build quality expectations. Excellent customer-facing skills. Full UK driving licence. CSCS Card preferred. What's On Offer £45,000 - £52,000 per annum. Company vehicle. Pension scheme. Holiday allowance.
