Secondary Tutor - Anglesey Location: Anglesey Hours: 5-15 hours per week Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Ongoing Prospero Teaching are recruiting for an enthusiastic Secondary Tutor to provide individualised educational support to a learner in Anglesey. We are looking for an educator who can work independently, build a positive rapport with the learner and deliver structured sessions that are adapted to their academic level and learning style. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 secondary tuition Plan lessons around individual learning objectives Support development across core subjects Adapt resources and teaching strategies Encourage positive engagement with education Develop learner confidence and independence Monitor and report on progress Requirements Previous experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged learners Strong subject knowledge Experience delivering 1:1 support desirable Excellent communication skills Organised, flexible and patient approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Right to Work in the UK Two professional child-related references Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business and education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy
