You will work with small groups of learners, many of whom have SEMH and additional needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons Support students with SEMH/SEN needs Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies Track and report on student progress Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (desirable) Strong behaviour management skills Why Join Us?
