As the business continues to expand its project portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to help lead the design process and ensure the successful delivery of residential developments from concept through to completion.    About the Role A forward-thinking developer and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to oversee the design process from concept through to delivery. Working closely with consultants, contractors and project teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage design teams throughout project lifecycles. Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors. Lead design reviews and technical workshops. Ensure compliance with planning, regulatory and client requirements. Monitor programme milestones and design deliverables. Support project delivery teams during construction phases. Requirements Proven Design Manager experience within the residential sector. Strong understanding of all RIBA Stages. Experience managing complex residential developments. Knowledge of offsite or modular construction methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. Strong technical and construction knowledge.
