Project Manager | Cambridge | £50,000–£55,000 + Package Well-established family-run main contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Cambridge team — refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across a solid client portfolio. You'll take full ownership of projects from pre-con through to handover — main point of contact for clients, managing subcontractors, chairing meetings, controlling costs and keeping programmes on track. A proper PM role with real autonomy across a range of sectors. The role: * Full project ownership — programme, budget, quality and safety * Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Chairing client, consultant and site meetings * Cost control — valuations, variations, final accounts * Ensuring CDM and H&S compliance throughout What we're looking for: * Solid PM background in commercial construction and fit-out * Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle * Able to interpret drawings and contract documentation * SMSTS desirable * Full UK driving licence required * Enhanced DBS required The package: * £50,000–£55,000 * Company vehicle or fuel allowance * Profit share scheme * Early finish Fridays * 21 days holiday, increasing with service Get in touch — Ethan Green, Fairmead Managed Services | (phone number removed)
