Interaction Engineering  Ground Worker We are looking for an experienced and reliable Ground Worker to join our team on a range of construction and groundwork projects. The Role As a Ground Worker, you will work as part of a site team carrying out a variety of groundwork duties, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Excavation and preparation of foundations, trenches and footings Drainage installation and repairs Laying concrete, kerbs, paving and slabs Ground preparation and levelling Installation of ducting and underground services Operating hand tools and relevant plant machinery Assisting with setting out and general site duties Working alongside machine operators and other trades Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience as a Ground Worker or in a similar construction role Good knowledge of general groundwork and construction practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good understanding of site health and safety Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Relevant qualifications or tickets such as CSCS, CPCS or NPORS are desirable What We Offer Competitive pay Consistent work Opportunities for overtime Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Potential for long-term employment To apply: Please send your CV and a brief description of your experience to [email/phone number].
