Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Nottingham | Up to £65,000 Ready for your next move? I'm working with a well-established and growing contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team in Nottingham. With 4-5+ years' experience under your belt, this could be a great opportunity to step into a role where you'll have real responsibility, work across a varied project portfolio and continue developing your commercial career. What's on offer? Up to £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience Nottingham-based Established contractor with a strong track record Opportunity to develop and progress Supportive commercial and operational team Genuine responsibility and ownership across projects What are they looking for? They're open to Quantity Surveyors and Senior Surveyors with a good few years of commercial experience. You'll ideally have: 4-5+ years' QS experience Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Experience managing projects from a commercial perspective Good experience with subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts A proactive approach and the ability to work closely with project teamsPiling or geotechnical experience would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.
