Commercial Gas Engineer – Central Belt Salary: Up to £47,000 DOE Location: Central Belt, Scotland Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management and Building Services provider, covering a range of commercial sites throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a stable business with a strong portfolio of commercial contracts. The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas and heating systems across a variety of client sites. Key responsibilities will include: * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties * Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial boilers and heating systems * Fault finding and diagnosing issues across gas and associated plant * Completing PPMs in line with contractual requirements * Responding to reactive call-outs and breakdowns * Carrying out remedial works where required * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations * Completing relevant paperwork and job reports accurately * Providing a professional service to clients while working independently across your designated area What We’re Looking For * Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer * Current commercial gas qualifications, such as CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 and TPCP1/1A * Strong experience within commercial maintenance, FM or Building Services * Experience with commercial boilers, heating systems and associated plant * Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * Ability to manage your own workload and work independently Package * Salary up to £47,000 DOE * Permanent position * Company van and fuel card * Commercial contracts across the Central Belt * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Established FM/Building Services employer For more information or a confidential chat, contact Rebecca at FM Search & Select Ltd
