Quality Coordinator Lincolnshire £30,000 Food manufacturing doesn't run on luck, it runs on people who catch the small stuff before it becomes a big, expensive, brand-damaging stuff. That's where you come in. We're recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a long-standing, own brand food manufacturer in Lincolnshire. You'll be right in the thick of the technical department including part audit prep, part documentation stabiliser. You’ll be helping keep the site BRC ready and the products safe, compliant and consistent. What you'll be doing: Getting the site audit-ready for BRCGS and other third-party visits Balancing QA with QC day to day Playing an active role in the HACCP team Supporting new product and process introductions alongside the Technical/CI team Leading GMP, glass and plastic audits on site Inspecting incoming materials, packaging and finished product Keeping supplier approval, document control and complaints records in good shape Digging into root cause when things go wrong such as complaints, deviations, non-conformances What you'll bring: A qualification in Food Technology or Food Science Internal auditing certification HACCP Level 2 (or above) The details: £30,000, Monday to Friday, bank holidays.
