The school is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. Experience working with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs would be highly beneficial. Candidates with an Early Years background are also encouraged to apply, particularly those with strong experience supporting children's development and behaviour.
