Role OverviewThe main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Working hours are; Monday to Friday working 07.00-16.00 (plus every second Saturday 06.00-11.00), with additional flexibility where required. We welcome applications from candidates who are fully trained and experienced butchers.
