Site Manager – Commercial Re-Roofing Job Title: Site Manager – Commercial Re-Roofing Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Rate: £260–£280 per day Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until completion of the project – expected end of October We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial re-roofing project in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and site management, with proven experience managing roofing works on commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Overseeing commercial re-roofing works and site activities * Managing subcontractors and site operatives * Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard * Maintaining site health & safety requirements * Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the wider project team * Monitoring progress through to project completion Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager * Strong commercial roofing experience * Previous experience managing re-roofing projects on commercial buildings * Good knowledge of site health & safety * Reliable and organised * Available to start ASAP * Able to commit through to completion of the project Rate: £260–£280 per day, depending on experience.
