Factory Packer – Full Training Provided Location: Thriplow, near Royston Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Factory Packers to join a busy production team based in Thriplow, near Royston. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing, production or packing, with full training provided and the opportunity to move into a permanent position. The Role As a Factory Packer, your duties will include: Packing products ready for dispatch Assembling and preparing products Labelling and checking finished goods Carrying out basic quality checks Following production and packing instructions Working towards daily production targets Keeping your workstation clean and organised Following all health and safety procedures Supporting the wider production team What We're Looking For Previous experience is not required – full training will be provided. We're looking for candidates who are: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and motivated Keen to learn new skills Able to follow instructions Comfortable working in a busy production environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Committed to maintaining good quality standards Previous experience in factory, warehouse, packing, manufacturing or production would be an advantage but is not essential. Own Transport Essential Due to the remote location of the site and limited public transport, applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to commute to Thriplow.
