Handyman - Voids (Blocks of Flats) Location: Glasgow Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing, long-term work We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman to work on void properties within blocks of flats. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work available for the right candidate. Duties will include: Painting and patching works Basic joinery repairs Minor tiling tasks General maintenance duties as required Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (essential) Previous handyman/maintenance experience within residential properties Own tools and transport preferred (not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer: Competitive hourly rate Long-term, ongoing work Immediate start available
