Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Great Portland Street, London - Start Monday 21st September An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Great Portland Street. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building near Great Portland Street. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team. Hours of work / contract details 08:00am - 16:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch) £26p/h (CIS/Umbrella) Starting Monday 21st September  4 month contractRequirements City & Guilds / NVQ NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer skillsMechanical duties: Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing Plumbing duties - unblocking toilet, installing urinals & sinks  AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls) Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling Steam Plant Condensers, Condenser Returns Cooling towers Softeners Humidifiers Hydraulics Pneumatics Boilers – re-sets Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faultsPlease reply with a recent copy of your CV to (url removed)
