Civil Works Manager Required 📍 Location: CA6 4DG 💰 Rate: £400–£440 per day 🕒 Duration: Ongoing JML JobMatcha is currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Works Manager to join a major infrastructure project based in the CA6 4DG area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a large-scale civils scheme. Key Responsibilities * Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations * Overseeing subcontractors, site teams, and supervisors * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards * Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations * Liaising with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders Requirements * Black CSCS Managers Card – Essential * SMSTS – Essential * Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Works Manager on civils projects * Proven track record delivering civil engineering and infrastructure works * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures and site management What’s on Offer * Competitive rate of £400–£440 per day * Long-term opportunity on a major infrastructure project * Work with a respected contractor on a high-profile civils scheme
