Customer Service Advisor Location: Sheffield Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Start Date: 19th October 2026 Contract Length: 16 Weeks Temporary Hours: 36 hours per week Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors on a 16-week temporary contract! The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You'll: * Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately * Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction * Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions * Update systems with accurate customer information * Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team Training You'll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role. Shift Patterns You will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.
