Job Title: Electrical Engineer — East London — Immediate Start Location: East London Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a Facilities Management team on a commercial site in East London. This Electrical Engineer role is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer who wants steady Monday-to-Friday hours and the chance to move into a longer-term placement. Electrical Engineer - what you’ll be doing: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works * Testing and maintaining emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and small power/distribution boards * Fault-finding and repairs across building services electrical systems * Keeping accurate records of work completed via the client’s CAFM/reporting system * Liaising professionally with site staff and clients As Electrical Engineer, you’ll need: * BS7671 Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition * NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent * Proven experience in a facilities management, mobile maintenance, or building services environment * Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach What’s on offer for this Electrical Engineer position: * Competitive hourly rate, weekly pay * Immediate start available * Opportunity for ongoing/temp-to-perm work Apply now for this Electrical Engineer role in East London, or contact Anthony Perrin at HVAC FM for more information
