Daily Supply Teaching Assistant Location: Sutton, London Salary: £93 - £105 per day, depending on qualifications and experience. Contract: Temporary daily supply; days agreed around availability Start date: 19/10/2026 Hours: Term time, 8:30am–3:30pm on agreed working days. Help keep classroom learning moving when schools need an extra pair of hands. Transparency Education is recruiting a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant in Sutton. You will support teachers and pupils on day-to-day assignments, settling into routines quickly and offering practical help where it is needed. Responsibilities • Help pupils follow instructions and complete learning activities • Support individuals or small groups under teacher direction • Encourage engagement, positive behaviour and independence • Assist with resources and classroom transitions • Pass on observations or concerns before the end of the day Requirements • Experience working with children in education or a similar setting • A patient, flexible approach to different classrooms • Good literacy, numeracy and teamwork • Reliability and confidence following school procedures • An enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, or willingness to complete one.
