Key Account Manager £45,000 - £55,000 + Company Car + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package South The Company Currently recruiting for a vastly growing FMCG Food Manufacturing business. This opportunity demands a talented and driven Business Development Manager / Kay Account Manager in the Foodservice sector. The Role As Key Account Manager, you will be a passionate hunter, looking for new business within end user group accounts, whilst managing a portfolio of existing customers including End User groups and wholesalers, to ensure a full push & pull model is created, you will adopt a consultative approach to uncover the unique needs and challenges of with channel specific end user key group accounts, delivering tailored solutions that reinforce the company’s standing as a trusted partner. Your innovative mindset and ability to think beyond conventional methods will be instrumental in shaping customer-focused strategies. The Candidate * A demonstrated ability to think strategically and explore unconventional ideas to achieve customer success and growth. * Minimum 3 years working with Foodservice End User Group accounts. * Proficiency in identifying and addressing customer needs, utilizing conversations to provide tailored solutions. * Strong communication and listening skills, with an aptitude for building trust and relationships at all organizational levels. * Experience in collaborating with diverse internal teams, including marketing, NPD, and operations, to craft and deliver innovative, customer-centric proposals. * A creative thinker who sees opportunities where others see challenges and has a knack for problem- solving in unique, impactful ways. * A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. * A commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, with resilience, tenacity, and follow-through.
