Line Operative We are currently recruiting for a Line Operative to join a busy and growing production team based in Leighton Buzzard. This is a hands-on role working on a packing line, where you will be responsible for packing a variety of products, from bulk packs through to retail-ready items, ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch. Duties will include: * Packing products from a production line * Carrying out quality checks on finished goods * Labelling, repacking and assembling products where required * Ensuring products are packed to customer specifications * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area * Working efficiently to meet production targets Hours: * Monday to Friday * 7:45am – 3:45pm The Ideal Candidate: * Previous production, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential * Good attention to detail * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable standing for long periods of time * Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering ongoing work within a friendly and supportive team environment.
