Autonomous Maintenance Implementation Lead Salary – 45,(Apply online only) - £60,(Apply online only) Location: Fife  Contract: 6–12 Month Fixed-Term Contract A leading UK manufacturing business are looking for an Autonomous Maintenance Implementation Lead to join their team on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional with a proven track record of implementing Autonomous Maintenance and TPM programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment of the site's Autonomous Maintenance programme, developing frontline operator capability and embedding a culture of equipment ownership, reliability and continuous improvement. The role will involve working closely with Production, Engineering and Performance Improvement teams to improve equipment reliability, increase operator engagement and drive operational excellence across the site. Sector – Manufacturing  Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Autonomous Maintenance Implementation Lead: Proven experience implementing Autonomous Maintenance and/or TPM programmes within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Experience training and coaching frontline operators Proven experience driving cultural and behavioural change Experience working closely with Production and Engineering teams Requirements for the Autonomous Maintenance Implementation Lead: Experience developing and implementing AM standards, routines and visual management systems Experience developing operator competency and training programmes Knowledge of equipment reliability and preventative maintenance Experience with OEE, downtime reduction and continuous improvement Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Desirable Requirements for the Autonomous Maintenance Implementation Lead: Previous experience working within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing Formal Lean, TPM or Continuous Improvement qualifications Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance across multiple production areas Experience developing machine centreline standards, One Point Lessons and competency matrices If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
