BIM / Revit Technician Location: London, West End Salary: £40,000 per annum + Hybrid Working Fancy joining a design-led studio where BIM and Revit are genuinely part of how projects are delivered? This is an opportunity to join an established, award-winning architectural practice working across workplace, residential, mixed-use, fit-out and public realm projects. You’ll become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and work closely with the BIM Manager and Project Leaders, helping shape Revit-led projects from design through to construction and handover. It’s a great fit for a technically minded architectural professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and getting the most out of Revit — while continuing to develop their skills across a progressive studio. Package * £40,000 per annum * Private healthcare after probation * Hybrid working - 1 day from home per week * 5 additional ‘working from anywhere’ days * Christmas closure * Flexible start and lunch times * Season travel card loan and Cycle to Work scheme * Personal training budget * Monthly Lunch & Learn sessions * Regular team socials, breakfast and refreshments * Quarterly team massages Office: London, West End Hours: Full-time, with flexible start and lunch times Duties * Support the BIM Manager with Revit models and design documentation * Help resolve BIM, design and modelling issues * Maintain quality and consistency across project information * Create and manage Revit content and families * Support clash detection and design coordination * Keep up to date with BIM, Revit, building technology and emerging digital tools Requirements * 2+ years’ experience in an architectural or construction-focused environment * Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM processes * Experience with architectural design, drafting and coordination * HNC/HND or higher in a construction-related subject * Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills * Revit qualification/exam certification Experience with Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, Enscape, InDesign, Dynamo or Rhino would also be useful but isn’t essential.
