Project Manager – Data Centre Extension | Hemel Hempstead We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work for the principal contractor on a £1.5m extension to an existing data centre in Hemel Hempstead. The Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of the extension and should have strong experience working for main/principal contractors, ideally on data centre, industrial or technically demanding construction projects. Key requirement: * Strong structural frame experience, including good exposure to the frame package * Principal/main contractor background * Proven Project Manager-level delivery experience * Comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, health & safety and site delivery * Data centre experience would be advantageous Project: £1.5m extension to an existing data centre - 24 Week Project Location: Hemel Hempstead Role: Project Manager Employer: Principal Contractor
