Description

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The role covers commercial building surveying, project delivery and asset management services for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities * Manage client relationships and building surveying instructions. * Deliver commercial building surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence and party wall advice. * Manage refurbishment, fit-out and remedial projects from feasibility through completion. * Administer JCT or NEC contracts and prepare planned maintenance programmes. * Support future workstreams through established client relationships. Requirements * MRICS chartered status or MCIOB professional membership. * Commercial building surveying and technical reporting experience. * Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent experience under JCT or NEC contracts. * Knowledge of construction methods, procurement, tendering and contractual approaches. * Practical AutoCAD experience.
