️ Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Double Days Shift 📍 Location: Ripley 💷 Salary: Up to £50,000 About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ripley. This is a double days shift role, covering both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supporting breakdowns, reactive and planned work across a wide range of production equipment. You'll be joining a small but skilled team where your expertise will be valued and put to good use in a varied and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Work on a range of machinery including: Extruders, cutters, finishers, conveyors, belts, bearings, lathes, printers Electrical fault finding on: PLCs (I/O level only), inverters, drives, relays, sensors Mechanical maintenance on: Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, belting systems Assist in improving reliability and minimising downtime Welding/fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a production or manufacturing environment Confident with both mechanical and electrical fault finding Good working knowledge of automated machinery and production lines What's on Offer: Base salary up to £50,000 Monthly production bonus - averaging £150/month 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Long-term, secure role with a supportive and experienced team Shift Pattern (Double Days - Monday to Friday only) - Early Friday Finishes
