Trainee Property Manager Do you have a background in facilities / site maintenance, or have experience as a Property Manager and are looking for your next opportunity? If so, we have the perfect position for you! Our client is a busy Property Management and Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex and are looking for a Property Manager to join them. You must work well within a team, provide a responsive and collaborative service internally and have the ability to communicate with lessees, tenants, contractors and staff in a confident and professional manner. You don’t need to have experience, full training is provided but you must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to complete property inspections (a company vehicle will be provided).
