Benefits of a Bodyshop Controller / Manager: * Competitive salary package of £45,000 + bonus negotiable based on experience * Working hours to be discussed at interview with a view to being Monday - Friday * Company pension scheme * Free onsite parking * Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians and supervisors * Be part of a business passionate about vehicle repair standards Duties of a Bodyshop Controller / Manager: * Lead the daily operations of a high-volume repair workshop * Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards * Support and manage the Workshop and departmental supervisors * Oversee workflow to ensure smooth progression through all repair stages * Motivate, develop, and manage the performance of workshop staffl * Ensure timely completion of repairs and fulfilment of customer commitments * Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing enhancement Requirements of a Bodyshop Controller / Manager: * Previous management experience within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment or someone looking to step up * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Proven ability to improve workshop efficiency and productivity * Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods and processes * Ability to make confident decisions and solve problems under pressure * Passion for delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service * ATA accreditation or experience in a manufacturer-approved repair centre is advantageous but not essential Must have the right to work in the Uk as no sponsorship is available for this role. Will also need a full uk driving licence
