Associate Director Fire Engineer Location Multiple UK locations Salary Competitive salary, dependent on experience Employment Type Permanent Job Overview An Associate Director Fire Engineer opportunity with a fire consultancy delivering fire safety design across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, transport and infrastructure projects. Based across multiple UK locations with hybrid and flexible working, the role suits an experienced fire engineering professional with significant consultancy experience, strong technical leadership skills and knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA project stages. Role & Responsibilities Lead technical delivery across multiple fire engineering projects Oversee quality assurance and chair design reviews Mentor engineers and graduates across the team Standardise project processes, tools and technical outputs Manage client relationships and specialised technical initiatives Skills & Experience Required MSc or equivalent qualification in Fire Engineering Significant fire or building services consultancy experience Strong knowledge of UK building regulations Understanding of requirements across RIBA project stages Chartered Engineer or actively progressing towards chartership Strong communication, technical writing and problem-solving skills are required, alongside experience supporting junior engineers and managing technical and commercial project requirements.
