Salary: £34,000 per annum Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided for business travel We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with exceptional plastering skills, alongside the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, including: * Carpentry repairs and maintenance * Basic plumbing repairs * Flooring repairs and installations * Wall and floor tiling * Painting and decorating * General property maintenance The role involves working across a social housing portfolio, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void properties.
